I think Victarion is not religious like Aeron is, he was raised to believe in Drowned God but he doesn't seem to be a zealot, and Euron's inital power over Ironborn could be due to Dragonhorn, I wonder if horn really control humans rather than dragons, or not.
The horn could explain the power that Euron wielded over the Iron Born, but if so, why would he give it to Victarion? That horn is a trap of some sort. Although it's possible it controls more than one thing.
I actually didn't think Argoth is John at first, I think Argoth was Pearl Emperor/Grey King, whose wife was stolen by Jade Emperor/First Hightower - when it comes to Garth's children, I am sure beside Rose, Ellyn Eversweet and Bors the Breaker was skinchangers too, Ellyn had a pact with King of Bees, though I suspect we are lied to believe bees had a King when they should have a Queen, and Bors turned into a bull right.
I am thinking if it is possible Florys the Fox was the Woods Witch wife of Herndon and Harlon Tarly, and stole lover of Rowan Goldtree?
I admit I had not previously looked for so many sibling relationships within the children of Garth, but if it is mimicking mythologies, especially Greco-Roman, then we see much sibling incest in those first generations. And Zeus has children with two of his sisters, Hera the wife and Demeter the lover. Poseidon also was a lover of Demeter. Then Demeter's daughter is married to Hades, so she is his niece. In a way, Demeter mimick's Garth Greenhand, with the imagery of summer and growth and flowers and crops. Demeter is interesting, because when she lost something she loved, "winter" came to the world. Did Garth or one of his children lose something that brought about a massive change in the seasons? Demeter also had affairs with her two brothers, Zeus of the Heavens and Poseidon of the Waters, which could be a hint at Earth, Air and Water, meaning perhaps that Garth and his brother had an affair wit the same woman, and that caused them problems? GRRM doesn't just use straight influences from myth, he likes to twist them his own way, so it's hard to say how this could all work out.
As to some of those children of Garth, Bors is tied to bulls and is said to have grown shiny bull horns. Now, I think this is overtly horned god imagery, but "putting the horns" to someone is also slang for someone having an affair with their spouse/lover. So, with the horn imagery, I see a couple of houses, besides Bulwar. I see House Durrandon and their stag (horned imagery) and also House Tarly and their "horn hill" imagery. Could Bors have been a cuckhold? Robert Baratheon has the horned imagery of a stag as well as the horned imagery of a cuckhold.
I haven't given much thought to the King of the Bee's idea, instead of a queen, but perhaps that is a hint at a female lover. As much as I focus on the concept of "queen" when it comes to dragons breeding, I haven't tied this to Elyn at all. Of course, her pact was to care for the children of the Bee King, not to have children with him/her, so perhaps if we are looking for a father for her children, we should look to a sibling.
Florys was said to have three husbands, but that they all were ignorant of each other. Harlon and Hardon were both aware they shared a woods witch, so that doesn't quite fit Florys keeping her husbands secret, though to split hairs, Harlon and Herndon were never said to have been married to their woods witch, and there is horned imagery around Horn Hill, such as hinting at a bit of cuckholdry. Perhaps they were her lover and didn't know of her actual husbands. That Florys was a wild one!
Rowan is interesting, with her apple tied up in her hair, and if I had to connect her to a sibling, I would look to Foss the Archer, who is noted to shoot apples out of the hair of maids. Perhaps she tied her apple in her hair so he couldn't shoot it out, any more?
Also, there are other children of Garth, that list in the World Book says "some" celebrated children of Garth Greenhand. So, who else from this era could we be missing that might be a child of Garth?
In A Song For Lya, Lya claims to love billions of people after joining the hive, could Lyanna herself love multiple men, like her father, brothers, Howland, Arthur, Walys Flowers, The Smiling Knight, an Other these are the theories I am familiar with when it comes to Jon's father, could Lyanna had mental connection with these men and love them at the same time?
I have wondered if Lyanna could not have had more than one lover, but at the same time, Lya claims she loves billions of people while not actually being the lover of a billion people. In that story, she is only Robb's lover. So, could Lyanna love and admire many, but still have a limited number of lovers, or perhaps only one? This is more likely to me. Also, she wasn't very old, so it's hard to imagine she was terribly promiscuous. Still, I have in the past tried comparison's of Lyanna to Cersei, and Cersei is certainly sexually interested in her brother at a young age, and is not afraid to use her womanly charms to get what she wants. If Lyanna was like that, then it opens up some options, including her seducing one or more than one of her brothers. I am reminded that Ned loved Lyanna, but that doesn't mean she was worthy of his love, just like Jaime loves Cersei, but Cersei is not really worthy of Jaime's love. I think Lyanna will end up being a lot like Cersei or the exact opposite, but since this story is told in parallel's and inversion, it will be one or the other, I think.
