One book scene I really miss here, is the one time, the ONE time Tyrion and Cersei are truly brother and sister together, celebrating that Renly and Stannis are fighting each other and not them. It added a sense that both could be brother and sister to one another, if they only tried and made their relationship all the more tragic that they didn't.

Book Tyrion, while being upset at the "demon monkey" jibe would've gone: "fine, let them think that way, all that matters is that the city stands". This is one instance where I definitely prefer Book!Tyrion to Show!Tyrion. Show!Tyrion acts in this instance like he's never been insulted before.

How could anyone possibly insult "Saint Tyrion?" :::
Darkstar will be the next Vulture King.
Craster has 19 daughters and there are 19 castles on the Wall, coincidence I think not!

Irri vs. Doreah. This scene makes more sense with a deleted scene missing from this season, but it's also good to categorize how Dany is caught between being a Queen and a Khaleesi.

While I miss the Reeds, giving Bran Jojen's dream was a good way to develop Bran's abilities. Honestly having them here in Season 2 would have had them doing very little.

Here they try to make Jon's going with the Halfhand his own idea, while the books have Jeor having the idea from the beginning. While it gives Jon and Sam chances to be a bit more proactive, it makes Jeor looks like he has no plan.
