I'm more worried about the appearance of Robin. That kid either has a terrible make-up artist or is meant to look very, very ill. So, a twofer? Dead Robin and dead Rickon?
However, the show largely did away his health problems and haven't dwelt on them in any manner. The biggest problem Sweetrobin had on the show was he had an overprotective mother. The shaking sickness wasn't at all established on the show, and beyond a vague reference to Sweetrobin being "sick" by Lady Anya in Season 4, there's been no sign that Sweetrobin is at all sickly.

Agreed. That's one of the reasons why the actor's looking so sick is rather odd.
But maybe the actor kid is like me and just naturally has skin like a corpse.
All art is at once surface and symbol. Those who go beneath the surface do so at their peril. Those who read the symbol do so at their peril. It is the spectator, and not life, that art really mirrors. Oscar Wilde.
In other news--there are more spoilers out re: episode 4.
I couldn't find the source of the spoilers, just chatter on other sites. So, I can't give the actual link yet.
But if you want to avoid spoilers, know that they are out there again.

It does look like Sansa might be at the Wall, but do you think that Jon is still there?
This is kinda what I'm wondering. Sansa was fleeing to the Wall sure, but Jon was also leaving the Wall. We might not actually get a reunion this week based on the simple fact that the two might just literally miss each other.
And as Smalljon so readily announced to us last episode, his lands are furthest north. In which case that might actually be Last Hearth that Sansa is at, and not Castle Black given that she has to pass by his lands first before she can ever get to the Wall.
Last but not least, what game is Cersei playing by looking like she's backing up the Tyrells?
I don't think it's a game at all. It would indeed be terrible for the crown if Margaery does end up being convicted, even though Cersei originally wanted that very thing (but that's just cause she's an idiot). She might not like the Tyrells, but Marge's marriage to Tommen is basically all that's keeping the Crown as the major power of Westoros. Else wise it's just the Lannisters alone potentially trying to hold off all Seven Kingdoms now that they have no Tywin leading them, no Robert to potentially call upon all royalists/Baratheons, not Martells to call upon, etc. The Lannisters need the Tyrells, and Marge being convicted of adultery would likely see that alliance torn to pieces.
Your lordship lost a son at the Red Wedding. I lost four upon the Blackwater. And why? Because the Lannisters stole the throne. Go to King’s Landing and look on Tommen with your own eyes, if you doubt me. A blind man could see it. What does Stannis offer you? Vengeance. Vengeance for my sons and yours, for your husbands and your fathers and your brothers. Vengeance for your murdered lord, your murdered king, your butchered princes. Vengeance!

Actually, if you compare chandeliers in Sansa's and Davos' still frames from the trailer, it's the exact same chandelier, so Sansa and Davos are at Bear Island together at some point this season.

YUP! She Bear and She Wolf get to play. And Sansa face-to-face with Lyanna's namesake in a season where they are bringing Lyanna back up.
Nice connections for the writers.
Also, since you alerted me to who writes what, the three episodes--Oathbreaker, Stranger, and Door--all by Dave and Dan. Seems like they might just get a big chunk of the "mysteries" cleared for the reader right in the middle.
