I like the idea that it's Aemon but I couldn't tell.
Perhaps the Baratheon nods are about Gendry.
I don't know why that would be seeing as he has no relevance to what's going on,and last we saw him he was rowing off into nowhere. But as i said i think they took a bit of this, and that from several parantage theories and threw it there. Why? We will be debating this for another year or until the books come out. What's the point really of giving semi audible whisphers from Lyanna if not to create what's happening now.

Then her lips move and a sound is heard that conveys what I can only describe as "Aerys." LOL
The /s/ is definitely audible.
Looped it a bajillion times. There's an "s" and it's a short name. Could be Aerys, as you said. The only other Targ name that fits the sounds and syllables is Aenys.
I could see Rhaeger naming him after the Mad King to appease his father and close the rift between them, hoping that his son would restore honor to the name.
I also see some similarities between Aenys and Jon. Both of their mother's died in Dorne. Both were gifted VS swords they felt unworthy to wield. Both despised by their Aunts (Cat in Jon's case).
The blade was Valyrian steel, spell-forged and dark as smoke. Nothing held an edge like Valyrian steel.

I honestly have no idea, just thinking out loud really. He's a bastard son of a king, like Jon.

I'm pretty sure it isn't Aemon or Aegon. There is an /s/ sound though. Given that, her lips, and the little audible breath she gives, I'm thinking its Aerys.
His name is Daenarys.
I am the hybrid prophesied to return to Westeros.org and stand in its ashes.

Can anyone think of any non-Targ names that might fit? I'm drawing a blank myself.

That makes sense! It would be quite ironic if Jon was named after the Mad King. It would also be one more reason why Lyanna felt Robert would surely kill him.

Nice catch!
"I can see it. You have more of the north in you than your brothers."
You hear something there? I hear the /s/ sound, but breathing can produce that too.
Love the tinfoil budgie!
