Ned + Ashara = Jon. My favorite non R+L = J theory.
Excellent breakdown of the timeline prior to Robert's Rebellion which allows time for a Eddard Ashara romance. The curious case of "Ned" Dayne.
Key points of interest to me: There are a lot more but these are the ones I have not seen before.
Ned was planning on taking Ashara to Riverrun to meet his family and ask for his father's blessing.
This makes Ashara is the Fisherman's Daughter.
Ned and Ashara slept with each other on Sisterton and concieved Jon then.
Making Jon older than Robb.
Ned marries Ashara at White Harbor, parallels Robb marrying Jeyne for honor. Possibly in front of the Heart Tree since they are of the First Men.
Ned calls the banners and heads South.
Hoster forces Ned into marrying Cat and Jon to Lysa, Robert is hiding away Stoney Sept and they need to march now to save him.
Ashara gives birth to Jon in the Wolf's Den, which Davos is hidden away by Manderely.
Wolf's Den was built by King Jon Stark a subtle wink to Jon being born there and being the first trueborn son of Eddard Stark.
Jon looks like Eddard, and it keeps coming up more and more in each book from more and more characters.
R+L = Aegon That new and interesting concept. He is the right age.
Blue hair as tribute to his mother, Lyanna is the only women connected to the color blue.
He is pretty and Rhaegar was the prettiest man alive.
Lemore is Ashara Dayne.
Halfmaester is Walys, former Maester of Winterfell, who is presumed dead. Luwin came with Cat from Riverrun.
Jon will be the next Sword of the Morning not the Prince that was Promised.
Martin says "the shadow" knows who Jon's mother is.
The shadow is Jon's mother aka Ashara. Brandon is dead and therefore isn't the shadow.
Ashara takes Aegon fakes her death and leaves Westeros. Her body is never found.

Also one of the three Swords of the Morning that we hear about is Davos Dayne. How ironic would it be if Davos Seaworth was held in the same location that the next Sword of the Morning was born?
Its interesting to note that a Wylla is the second born daughter of Ser Wylis Manderely and Leona Woolsfield. What if Wylla was the wetnurse that Ashara had at White Harbor and took back with her to Starfall, which helps confirms Ned Dayne false story. She was also born in 284/285 so just around the ending of the war. Could have even been a "milk sister" to Jon Snow. Also dyes her hair green which could be a nice parallel to Aegon.
JonCon is seen wearing a Red Wolfskin cloak. Perhaps a subtle hint to Aegon's heritage. Combining the (Red) dragon and the white (Direwolf)

Catelyn softened then, to see his pain. Eddard Stark had married her in Brandon's place, as custom decreed, but the shadow of his dead brother still lay between them, as did the other, the shadow of the woman he would not name, the woman who had borne him his bastard son.
