Dragonstone maester question

Do we know who the maester at Dragonstone was while Rhaegar and Elia were there? I think they're tied to houses, not to locations, so Cressen would've come with Stannis. But the maester I'm looking for would be the one that told Elia she couldn't have another child. He would also, presumably, have been the one that delivered Daenerys on Dragonstone, IF that actually happened.
Also, it seems like I remember reading, probably in the Daenerys's fake past post, that it is explicitly stated that Daenerys hadn't been with Viserys until a few years before AGoT, am I dreaming that? I'm trying to make a knot out of some of these loose ends we have and get back to work on my theorycrafting, who wants to come along?
