RIP Viserion, Benjen Stark (and now his watch has ended) & Thoros, we hardly knew ye...
WHERE ARE GREY WORM, THEON, EURON & THE OTHER HALF OF THE PLOT !!!!
I really liked some of the interactions, Tormund is an absolute legend & they got me, I bought the false finish, totally thought Giantsbane was a goner.
They are really doubling down on the rifts between the Stark sisters and Dany/Tyrion.
Arya is either the Waif (1% chance) or she really is a complete psychopath.
Sansa sending ?Bri away with the implication that she is keeping her options open regarding how to "deal" with Arya. Smh... Do they really think anyone is buying that?
I loved everybody's dragonglass weapons.
So Jon still has Longclaw, the scabbard was empty because he was holding it.
This parlay at the dragon pit is going to be mental.
WHERE DID THE WALKERS GET THOSE CHAINS?!?!? AND HOW DID THEY ATTACH THEM ?!?!?!?
Gendry is The Flash = Confirmed because HOW ELSE COULD HE HAVE GOTTEN BACK TO EASTWATCH, SENT A RAVEN TO DRAGONSTONE AND THEN HAVE DANY GET TO THE FELLOWSHIP ALL WITHIN WHAT ?? A DAY AND A HALF AT MOST ?!?!?!? J. F. C.
Just a thought lads but maybe bows and obsidian arrows might have been a decent shout ?

Part of Arya's training is to be able to tell when someone is lying. I'm wondering if LIttlefinger is really playing the sisters against one another or if Arya is setting him up? Can Arya become Sansa without killing her? Just wondering because she gave Sansa the knife this past episode, and what if Arya does become Sansa to seduce Littlefinger, get him to confess, and then kill him with the knife? Just a thought.
With that being said, I think Littlefingers play here is absolutely genius. There is nothing that he did here that makes him out to be the bad guy. Right? Hey, he knew that letter would be incredibly damning and so he had it found and hid it to protect Sansa. She's having a difficult enough time as it is already. He even tries to smooth's things over now that the rift has been created.

Well honestly, hiding the letter instead of burning it is a pretty big hint that he's playing games. I get what your saying about Arya setting him up but the convo between Arya & Sansa makes no sense unless she bought LF's ploy. Notice who was totally absent during the whole drama ? Bran. Old Three Eyes is probably gonna shut this shit down as soon as he's deployed within this particular plot line.

In this episode Beric tells Jon that they are the only ones to have been brought back to life by the Red God, but near the end of the episode we see Benjen ride in and save Jon's life. I think Benjen is another person that was brought back to life by the Red God. The hints are that he is self aware and can communicate with everyone else like Jon and Beric, and he has that flaming lampshade on a rope weapon, or whatever you want to call it. In a earlier interview GRRM acknowledges that there are fire wights as well as ice wights, and I think that Jon, Benjen, and Beric are all fire wights.

One of the podcasts that I listened to brought this up. Here is King Henry VIII Coat of Arms.
There's a dragon on one side, a white wolf...err dog on the other with a tiny lion on top. Now I know Game of Thrones is based on the War of Roses, and I believe that was with the Plantagenets and not the Tudors, but I think they are close families.

Ok, so the Wars of the Roses were fought between the houses of Lancaster & York which were cadet branches of the Plantagenets. They ended in 1485 when Richard III (House of York) was killed at the Battle of Bosworth Field. Henry VII, who was (allegedly) of Lancaster descent, took the throne and married Elizabeth of York and began the Tudor dynasty.
To the arms then, the part in the centre (known as an escutcheon) is the "Royal Arms of England" first used by Henry IV. The three lions (or leopards) are the "second Great Seal of Richard I" and are quartered with the Fleur de Lys to represent the house's roots in Anjou, France. Interestingly there used to be a lot more Fleur de Lys until Henry IV reduced it to three in order to wind up Charles VI of France The animals to the side are known as "supporters". The royal supporters of the arms of England have been variously, dragons, antelopes and the current unicorns (among many others). The "white wolf" is, as you say, a dog but specifically it is a royal greyhound. Henry VIII was a keen huntsman and greyhounds have been used as hunting dogs (mainly hare coursers) for centuries. The motto at the bottom "dieu et mon droit" is french for "god & my right" and for some inexplicable reason is still the motto of the british monarch (there's a fucking reason I don't stand for God Save the Queen !!! Actually, funny story about that, ask if interested ). Anyway, the crowned lion atop the crown (geez, they're hardly subtle are they?) represents them promoting themselves as "monarchs above monarchs" as it were and I think that's about it

Which is why everybody should be watching Twin Peaks !! I still have something to look forward to tonight
