Though Sansa has an interesting Bloodraven hint in Clash:
By the time she reached the godswood, the noises had faded to a faint rattle of steel and a distant shouting. Sansa pulled her cloak tighter. The air was rich with the smells of earth and leaf. Lady would have liked this place, she thought. There was something wild about a godswood; even here, in the heart of the castle at the heart of the city, you could feel the old gods watching with a thousand unseen eyes.
Sansa II, Clash
While she refers to the old gods, the reference is very Bloodraven spesific, and I'm not sure I want to equate them at this point.
From what we learn from Bran's chapters in Dance, it sounds like a greenseer isn't bound to see through a weirwood, given time to develop their ability.
I really think that Sansa has a prophetic dream under this heart tree in the Red Keep's godswood. A heart tree with no face and one that is not a weirwood. She wakes up and tells Ned that she dreamed that Bran was smiling. Now, it could be wishful dreaming and fluff in Sansa's head, but I think it's more. We have only had one Sansa POV by this point in the story, but in her first POV, she has some terrible feelings in relation to Ilyn Payne and we get the odd description of Renly's green eyes, which might be a mistake in the text but perhaps it means something more?
