GRRM's going through with the twist for Winds of Winter

So, here is a quick list of characters killed off in the show that are still alive in the book:
Myrcella
Mance
Barristan
Jeyne Westering (Talisa)
Jojen
Pyp
Grenn
Stannis
Shireen
Hizdahr zo Loraq
I'm not 100% convinced that HBO Stannis is dead since we didn't see that actually happen on screen. Book Stannis is heading for a battle with Ramsey that is shaping up to go much differently than it did on the show. I don't think that counts as a plot twist.
Mance stands to play a major part in whatever happens at Winterfell, but I'm not sure that counts as a plot twist.
Prophecy tells us that Myrcella is going to die sooner or later, so I don't think this is the twist.
Shireen? I don't like the way HBO had Stannis sacrifice her last year. She may still get sacrificed at the wall as part of bringing Jon back.
Barristan has a major role to play in the forthcoming battle, but he could very well not survive that.
Pyp, Grenn, and Hizdahr zo Loraq probably are too minor to matter much.
Jojen? I don't buy the Meera is Jon's twin theory.
So what about Jeyne Westering? One of my favorite fan theories is that she escaped Riverrun with the Black Fish and is carrying Rob's child. I know, GRRM has discounted the "hips don't lie" theory, but this seems like potentially the biggest bomb shell.
