Lol at 2052!! I might not be alive! I'm going to go with early 2016 before the season starts. I wanted a fall release, but me thinks this is wishful thinking.

You guys really, really believe this is being released before GoT S6 ?
I actually do I think 6-8 weeks before S6, my mom thinks after- like the July release of Dance.
btw, do you know what happened to the "Finish the Book, George" Blog?

The blog is still there, but nothing has been posted for the last 3 years.
The feeling I have is that, after the release of aDwD, Pesci and Liotta gradually lost interest and simply faded out. Real pity, because they were great writers.

::coffeespit: What a coincidence, me too!! I've been trying to finish a reread before WoW gets released, and I feel like I keep trying to paddle upstream. kingtyrion phrased it perfectly when he said something akin to:
"I feel like once I get to Feast I'm going to fall off a cliff"
Before Dance, I lurved Pesci and Liotta. Hope they haven't been marked or anything. They were quite funny. I was afraid they got in trouble or something. Maybe they'll pick up reading again when WoW gets released.

Nope, they did not get into trouble. But I don´t think they´ll be back, either. Their reaction to aDwD was pretty meh at the time, which pretty much undermined the main detractor theme of the pre-aDwD days: Wait and push for the release of a great book. The book was released, but wasn´t up to par. Took the fire out of them, I guess. Quite a few people moved on for the same reason in those times; we noticed that at IWC?.

Well talk about a buzzkill. You wait and wait, then Feast is a snore fest. "Ok", you think, "Feast was purely a set up, it needed to be done that way for the exciting arc we find in Dance". Then...it turns out it's still setting up, and the most progress Dany has made to Westeros is a few miles outside Mereen with her pet dragon.

they had a funny blog before Dance came out. I was talking about you because Pesci and Liotta got bored after Dance, and you and I are afraid of reading Feast again.

Ok: full disclosure: I've only read Feast twice. I've tried at least 3 other times to read it, and either gave up or resorted to Wikipedia.
this time, imma gonna do it!
