Arya the "Beast"

I have noticed that Arya has been referred to as a "beast" several times. From Cersei, her septa and a few others. I'd have to rewatch the first couple episodes again. Methinks it is forshadowing of her death and second life in Nymeria. She will be Queen of the literal wolves.
