Your lordship lost a son at the Red Wedding. I lost four upon the Blackwater. And why? Because the Lannisters stole the throne. Go to King’s Landing and look on Tommen with your own eyes, if you doubt me. A blind man could see it. What does Stannis offer you? Vengeance. Vengeance for my sons and yours, for your husbands and your fathers and your brothers. Vengeance for your murdered lord, your murdered king, your butchered princes. Vengeance!
An old foe comes back into the picture. Gilly meets Sam’s family. Arya faces a difficult choice. Jaime faces off against the High Sparrow.
So, "old foe"--the Freys?
Arya--is this when she bolts from Braavos? And, if she does so this soon, will we ever find out what on earth the House of Black and White is really about?
The Sparrow--I'm guessing this is where the Mace shows up with his fabulous feathered helmet.

"He will appear again briefly in episode 6 before another significant showing in episode 10"

Episode 6--Bran sees Ned at the heart tree praying "let them grow up as close as brothers?" That could be pretty brief. And still very significant.
I'm thinking it might be the Sack. There was that shot in the trailer that kinda looked like Jaime killing Aerys, and Ned coming in to see that scene could work

So, episode 10 will be the inside of the tower--that will take time.
And if they reveal Lyanna then, my guess is Jon's dad won't be until next season episode 1. Lots of time for the show to discover The Last Hearth's favorite "solutions". Time to start linking essays on Facebook and Twitter, lol!

Maybe--and it would be significant.
Were there any casting leaks re: a young Jaime? Or an Aerys?

Yup! It would be an excellent cliffhanger. Set everyone up to know that Jon is Lyanna's and not confirm paternity.
Then, on the miracle that Martin finished the book, he could actually reveal that part himself.
Or, as is more likely, the showrunners get their straight-up cliffhanger.
And, given how much debate will happen re: that paternity, all who own fan-sites will be happy.
Everyone is pleased.

Well Episode 8 is titled "No One", so I don't think she'll be leaving Braavos before then. Unless of course my dream comes true and she poisons the Freys while wearing a face... as one of the serving wenches perhaps. Then later, when someone asks who did it, she just blankly stares at them and says No One.

That would definitely fit, and my money is on this one. Especially since we have to see Tywin kill the babies (if RLJ) and Robert look away- otherwise the promise won't make much sense later on.
“In Qohor he is the Black Goat, in Yi Ti the Lion of Night, in Westeros the Stranger. All men must bow to him in the end, no matter if they worship the Seven or the Lord of Light, the Moon Mother or the Drowned God or the Great Shepherd. All mankind belongs to him... else somewhere in the world would be a folk who lived forever. Do you know of any folk who live forever?”
