Ok, let's move on!
I can't find a lot in this chapter, but there is some interesting tidbits.
First off, we learn that Arya too is somewhat of an outsider in the family. She's a tomboy and has no love for the "womanly arts" that are expected of Ladies. Unlike the rest of her trueborn siblings she looks like Jon who are repeated to look like Ned, as we have previously heard.
She and Jon is really close, so close that it's him she turned to when she was afraid that she too was a bastard. Knowing that this is a sore point for Jon, I found it really touching that he was a good enough brother to comfort her that she is trueborn.
Again we get a glimps of how the different family members view Jon, and Sansa clearly takes Catelyn's side unlike Arya:
Not only was Jon left out at the welcoming feast, but at swordpractice as well:
Many RLJers takes this as essentially true, but that their roles are reversed. And this would be ironic indeed! We know Joff's an incest bastard, but what if they both are?
It's also interesting that Nymeria is the only other direwolf we see interact with Ghost. Granted we don't get much time with the wolves before three leave Winterfell, but still. And here Ghost is the leader of the two. He's also the biggest of the pups, and I take that as a nod to Jon being the oldest.

This was as much as I could find in here that can be direct clues. There was some other interesting parts that can both be clues we are after, but also/or point to what happened from the Harrenhall tourney on.
First I want to point out something I noticed in Bran I, but didn't mention. But as we get a similar thing here I'll include it.
Everybody knows 9+7=16, and there is two interesting things I find here.
1. Lyanna died at 16.
2. Most timelines has the book start in 298; we get the initial mystery of the story - Jon's mother; 298-16=282. Is this a clue of where to look? Many of the things that followed started at the imfamous tourney at Harrenhall, but what got things moving happened in 282. Is it possible that Jon was concieved that year?
Another passage that stood out to me was this about Sansa:
A high harp naturally makes me think of Rhaegar. Martin using italics on the "and" seemed curious, as I always take notice when he uses this, but I couldn't place it untill I read Magical horns and elemental magic earlier today.
Bells could point to Robert via the Battle of the Bells, and therefor also the rebellion. From this we can get "Lyanna played the high harp and the bells" that translate into "Lyanna played Rhaegar and Robert", which I found interesting!
What made me think of this from that thread was the discussion turned to how the coming battle with the Others can be solved, without swords by the help of music. But music, like magic, is a two-edged sword that can inflame as much as soothe the listeners. So did Lyanna play Rhaegar and Robert against eachother, and if so could she have soothed them both to make peace? Not necessarily in a litteral sense, but metaphorically.
Something tells me this would've been the marriage between Brandon and Catelyn! Not a clue to anything, it just made me chuckle!
After the scene Joffrey makes about not getting to spar with Robb with live steel, we get this:
Not sure if it really means anything, I just have trouble pinning it down to my satisfaction.
It highlights the difference between Robb and Jon in their reactions, but can it also be a mirror to what happened after the imfamous crowning? Robb reacting like Brandon, Jon reacting like Ned?

"He's our brother," Arya said, much too loudly. Her voice cut through the afternoon quiet of the tower room.
"Our half brother," Sansa corrected, soft and precise.

Not only was Jon left out at the welcoming feast, but at swordpractice as well:
"Why aren't you down in the yard?" Arya asked him.
He gave her a half smile. "Bastards are not allowed to damage young princes," he said. "Any bruises they take in the practice yard must come from trueborn swords."
"Oh." Arya felt abashed. She should have realized. For the second time today, Arya reflected that life was not fair.

It was the ninth year of summer, and the seventh of Bran's life.
"I could do just as good as Bran," she said. "He's only seven. I'm nine."

Jon watched them leave, and Arya watched Jon. His face had grown as still as the pool at the heart of the godswood. Finally he climbed down off the window.
