Parentage isn't really what this chapter is filled with, or at least not that much that I could see.
But I did find a couple of interesting things connected to her eggs, spesifically the black egg.
We get her dream:
So on one hand, she's connecting this dragon to her own blood, and Viserys isn't in the picture.
Does this point to her not being his sister?
Is her egg the cradle egg of some other Targaryen? If so, who? The dragon being black is a hard thing to work with, as we have the largest Targaryen dragon Balerion who was black, but in terms of sigils we have the Blackfyres.
Personally I don't think she's a Blackfyre (not now at least), but it would be hillarious if she was and Aegon isn't!
But another thing stood out to me here, and I don't think it's anything to do with parentage.
The phrase "black-and-scarlet". My head canon tells me Targaryens are mostly tied to red, that is the word "red" is used in stead of other reddish colors with other names. Scarlet is one i connect with a certain bastard...
Martin has said that Brynden's colors are scarlet and smoke, though smoke isn't black it still makes me think of Brynden.
The underlined part is just becaus I found the wording interesting, with the colors being reborn from the night's grey.
A later quote from this chapter is:
We get scarlet flames combined with a thousand eyes; that certainly reminds me of a thousand eyes and one! And Mel's vision in her flames:
So, I do find this as an interesting connection! But no, I don't think Dany is some sort of bastard descendant of Brynden, with black being a reversal of white with the dragons.
My point is more of this being connected to her dreams; are they sent by Bloodraven? Or is it pointing to him keeping an eye on her? I will keep my eyes open for more clues to him in the reread!
Other interesting things that stood out to me in this, also unrelated to parentage:
A sworn sword described as a bull - makes me think of Hightower...
... who also is said to have talked to a Targaryen prince before he left a ridge. Did that other bull also tell that Targaryen prince not to go? Or did he trick him to go? (I highly suspect Mormont tricked Viserys into making stupid mistakes.)
Sounds like Rhaegar meeting the Storm Lord to me! The grass being a metaphore for water.
Another Targaryen got a cut on the neck, a fatal one, and went sprawling...
If this is a clue to what happened during the rebellion, who pulled Aerys' strings? Was he really the mind behind all his actions, or did someone manipulate his unstable mind to make him fall? Varys most certainly comes to mind! But Hightower is also a possibility, considering Jorah's earlier description. If so, who was he working for?
The underlined part makes me think of Aerys being freed from his human skin's embrace.
Clues to details on what happened during the rebellion in my eyes! One of those things that when you see one, all the other things starts jumping off the page!
But I did find a couple of interesting things connected to her eggs, spesifically the black egg.
We get her dream:
Yet when she slept that night, she dreamt the dragon dream again. Viserys was not in it this time. There was only her and the dragon. Its scales were black as night, wet and slick with blood. Her blood, Dany sensed. Its eyes were pools of molten magma, and when it opened its mouth, the flame came roaring out in a hot jet. She could hear it singing to her. She opened her arms to the fire, embraced it, let it swallow her whole, let it cleanse her and temper her and scour her clean. She could feel her flesh sear and blacken and slough away, could feel her blood boil and turn to steam, and yet there was no pain. She felt strong and new and fierce.
And the next day, strangely, she did not seem to hurt quite so much. It was as if the gods had heard her and taken pity. Even her handmaids noticed the change. "Khaleesi," Jhiqui said, "what is wrong? Are you sick?"
"I was," she answered, standing over the dragon's eggs that Illyrio had given her when she wed. She touched one, the largest of the three, running her hand lightly over the shell. Black-and-scarlet, she thought, like the dragon in my dream. The stone felt strangely warm beneath her fingers … or was she still dreaming? She pulled her hand back nervously.

From Maidenpool had come Lord Mooton, from Raventree Lord Blackwood, from Duskendale Lord Darklyn. The royal demenses about King's Landing sent forth Hayfords, Rosbys, Stokeworths, Masseys, and the king's own sworn swords, led by three knights of the Kingsguard and stiffened by three hundred Raven's Teeth with tall white weirwood bows. Mad Danelle Lothston herself rode forth in strength from her haunted towers at Harrenhal, clad in black armor that fit her like an iron glove, her long red hair streaming. The light of the rising sun glittered off the points of five hundred lances and ten times as many spears. The night's grey banners were reborn in half a hundred gaudy colors. And above them all flew two regal dragons on night-black fields: the great three-headed beast of King Aerys I Targaryen, red as fire, and a white winged fury breathing scarlet flame. Not Maekar after all, Dunk knew, when he saw those banners. The banners of the Prince of Summerhall showed four three-headed dragons, two and two, the arms of the fourth-born son of the late King Daeron II Targaryen. A single white dragon announced the presence of the King's Hand, Lord Brynden Rivers.

A later quote from this chapter is:
Dany gave the silver over to the slaves for grooming and entered her tent. It was cool and dim beneath the silk. As she let the door flap close behind her, Dany saw a finger of dusty red light reach out to touch her dragon's eggs across the tent. For an instant a thousand droplets of scarlet flame swam before her eyes. She blinked, and they were gone.
We get scarlet flames combined with a thousand eyes; that certainly reminds me of a thousand eyes and one! And Mel's vision in her flames:
A face took shape within the hearth. Stannis? she thought, for just a moment … but no, these were not his features. A wooden face, corpse white. Was this the enemy? A thousand red eyes floated in the rising flames. He sees me. Beside him, a boy with a wolf's face threw back his head and howled.

Other interesting things that stood out to me in this, also unrelated to parentage:
The knight smiled. Ser Jorah was not a handsome man. He had a neck and shoulders like a bull, and coarse black hair covered his arms and chest so thickly that there was none left for his head. Yet his smiles gave Dany comfort. "You are learning to talk like a queen, Daenerys."
A sworn sword described as a bull - makes me think of Hightower...
"I warned him what would happen, my lady," Ser Jorah Mormont said. "I told him to stay on the ridge, as you commanded."
... who also is said to have talked to a Targaryen prince before he left a ridge. Did that other bull also tell that Targaryen prince not to go? Or did he trick him to go? (I highly suspect Mormont tricked Viserys into making stupid mistakes.)
The whip made a sound like thunder. The coil took Viserys around the throat and yanked him backward. He went sprawling in the grass, stunned and choking. The Dothraki riders hooted at him as he struggled to free himself. The one with the whip, young Jhogo, rasped a question. Dany did not understand his words, but by then Irri was there, and Ser Jorah, and the rest of her khas. "Jhogo asks if you would have him dead, Khaleesi," Irri said.
Sounds like Rhaegar meeting the Storm Lord to me! The grass being a metaphore for water.
Irri repeated her words in Dothraki. Jhogo gave a pull on the whip, yanking Viserys around like a puppet on a string. He went sprawling again, freed from the leather embrace, a thin line of blood under his chin where the whip had cut deep.
Another Targaryen got a cut on the neck, a fatal one, and went sprawling...
