It was a meta crossover from Westworld. Sorry if I’ve muddied the waters
not to worry! absurdity can be fun.
"Arya did not dare take a bath, even though she smelled as bad as Yoren by now, all sour and stinky. Some of the creatures living in her clothes had come all the way from Flea Bottom with her; it didn’t seem right to drown them."
shymaid, I have a wacky theory that i have been working on lately . it focuses on the disappearance of Leyton Hightower in 289 which coincides with when Dany goes to Essos i think. What if Dany is GEOTD rather than Valyrian as we believe and that is how she hatched the dragon eggs? I got the idea from Dany and Illyrio being connected to gemstones like with the different rings for Illyrio and the dream that Dany has . it is probably wrong but what do you think? A lot of people think Daynes and Hightowers are Geotd right?

Sorry, I have nothing to offer here. I haven't speculated on the GEOTD at all, nor if the Daynes and Hightowers descend from them. While I have speculated on Dany, I definitely lean to her being a Targaryen. Question is which father for the most part.
Most of my speculation on Illyrio is that he can glamor himself - it seems to me less than meets the eye with him.
While I have wondered about Leyton marrying off his daughter to Jorah, and noticed a few small hints and odd things here and there in the story, there isn't nearly enough information for that pot to simmer at this time! Hopefully we'll get more information not too long into the future.
And I need to reread more times! There is so much to sort, mince and re-sort, and I haven't been at this for very long when considering all the information.
Varys is a descendant of Bloodraven and Shiera Seastar. Making him a bastard Targaryen.
Three Crowed Eye is probably the force behind Euron if not Euron himself. One smiling eye, one eye of malice and one red eye displayed at his ship.
Coldhands is the Night's King.
It was Maesters who killed Maegor's children not Tyanna.
Gerold Dayne is a descendant of Maegor Targaryen son of Aerion. Daynes of High Hermitage are descendants of Nymeria and Davos Dayne, meaning Gerold hates his own ancestor.
Haldon Halfmaester is Walys Flowers the WF maester. Walys Flowers is son of Maester Walgrave and Malora Hightower.
The man Daenerys remembers as Ser Willem Darry is actually a maester that thautht her High Valyrian. We know Viserys himself never speaks the language.

Euron is either controlled by the 3EC, or is him. I still waver on this but once I have seen the connections, it's hard to not see them. I like your eye explanation!

I have heard this before, but am not certain by any means. Something interesting about Haldon Halfmaester is that he is described by Tyrion as having "cool grey eyes". That "cool grey eyes" descriptor is the exact wording used by Catelyn to describe Brandon Stark, although her wording associates those eyes with Stark's in general. I am wondering if Haldon doesn't have Stark blood some how?

The soft hands does hint at a maester, but something about that man also hints at him being a Mormont. A "a great grey bear of a man" and "his hands were soft as old leather". Perhaps we will find that Jeor and Maege (both with oddly Targ/Valyrian spellings) might have a sibling or uncle that became a maester? That familiarity might be one of the reasons that Dany is drawn to Jorah and it might also be a reason that Jorah is interested in Dany!
Their father understood as well. "You want no pup for yourself, Jon?" he asked softly.
Has anyone mentioned Sir Pounce is Azzora Ahai? Because he is just watch lol also I think Patchface is gonna start biting everyone (Mel seeing blood on his lips) spreading greyscale (waking the stone dragon) if Shireen is burned alive. Maybe he wakes somekind of Squisher King too lol Dead things in the water?

I have never seen someone else speculating Coldhands being Night's King but it is just me Coldhands wasn't a mere brother. There is a Gardner King called Grey Eyes so other First Men houses can have grey eyes too.

A quick search on the Westeros boards and I found theories about the Night King being Coldhands that go back for years. I was looking at one the other night at work. That theory was interesting to me, in the ways that many are. It makes me think. When thinking on who or what can or cannot pass the wall, it stands out that Coldhands says he cannot pass and hints it's related to wards and spells in the wall. I could totally see wards and spells placed in the wall to keep the Night King on the "lands of always winter" side of the wall. That is, IF the Night King wasn't destroyed. But it's possible he could not be destroyed, so trapping him north of the wall might be the best that could be done at the time. It's odd to me that he hides his face from Bran and Co. Did he hide his face from Sam and Gilly, too? Is his face terribly scared? Or is it easily recognizable?
Here is the link to that Westeros thread from 2012. Apparently this idea got some traction on the Heresy boards, but I haven't looked at those threads yet. Could Coldhands be the Night's King?
If one likes the idea that the Night Queen was imprisoned in Winterfell, deep in the crypts, and the Night King was imprisoned north of the wall, it serves to keep them apart. I do rather like that idea... but I don't know if that is what is going on at all. It's hard to imagine that both the Night King and Night Queen were left alive, but perhaps neither of them could be killed???

How would you take on the idea that GRRM never meant the Night's King to be other than a legend?
As for the Night's King (the form I prefer), in the books he is a legendary figure, akin to Lann the Clever and Brandon the Builder, and no more likely to have survived to the present day than they have.

I certainly believe he is a myth or legend. Especially since the show has gone the direction that it has. The closest thing we might get as the progenitor of House Bolton. Or Bolt-On, that would be grand.
Darkstar will be the next Vulture King.
Craster has 19 daughters and there are 19 castles on the Wall, coincidence I think not!
Haha, came across Alt-Shift-X's channel after.... ... s5 mayhaps? Yes, must have been, and saw one regular theory, might have been rlj but I don't really remember. Then I saw either another more creepy one, or the Bolt-On one, details are fuzzy so long after. Annywho! First I thought "Holy fuck, Martin has some seriously fucked-up fans!" Then it occurred to me that if the fans had thought of it, his writing had to be equally fucked up... I waited about a year before I got the books...

Dawn, (aka Lightbringer)the Original Ice, was tempered in the heart of a fallen StarK, the Night King. It is being kept from House Stark and under House Dayne's protection until the Lord of Winterfell is deemed worthy. The Others began their return when it was touched by Ned Stark after killing the SotM.
The blade was Valyrian steel, spell-forged and dark as smoke. Nothing held an edge like Valyrian steel.
Mysaria, the white worm, is descended from Princess Saera, who ran off to the Free Cities, and when she had the chance started to take down the Targaryens turning on both sides.
