It bugs the shit out of me that they cut the "No" part of the TOJ dialogue in there as Ned says "No, now it ends". Like if you're going to steal the dialogue, then steal it properly lol
Okay, and not to pour salt in the wound, but Voice Jr and I were just talking and he pointed out, "Why doesn't Stannis ever have armor, or even a helmet?"
Does the dude even have a crown? D&D have been dressing him like one of Ser Alliser's fresh recruits.
Seriously just the man could get no respect. Still... *crackpot inbound* what if he is alive in the show and is the one who conquered Deepwood Motte? Who else is there?
Darkstar will be the next Vulture King.
Craster has 19 daughters and there are 19 castles on the Wall, coincidence I think not!

It's funny that you mentioned that. I thought that not only did it seem odd that we didn't see his execution, it seemed even stranger that they had Roose bring it up to Ramsey, oh so casually, as well. I think that they left it open to be able to bring him back in the future if they decide to.
Why must I always be the isle of crazy alone in an ocean of sensibility? The should to everybody else’s shouldn’t? The I-will to their better-nots?

Not to mention that this show really likes showing executions. I've lost track of the number of heads that have rolled across the screen.
Another glimmer of hope for the Mannis (listen up markg171) is that just before Stannis marched for Winterfell he had been telling Jon Snow that he needed a Stark to rule the North. Davos repeated the request.
Jon refused it, and was killed. Jon is now not dead, but is still not a Stark.
Stannis then meets Brienne, who knows where to find a Stark. Not only that, she's sworn to keep her safe, rub her feet, whatever.
Not showing Stannis' body is seriously hardcore trickery, or hardcore trolling. GRRM does this at the end of nearly every chapter. So-and-so is dead/gonna die... then next chapter, they're fine.
It makes no sense to cut away from Brienne swinging that sword if she beheaded/killed Stannis. It just doesn't. The only people we have claiming Stannis is dead are not reliable narrators.
I have a feeling D&D are attempting these Martin staples visually in the way they've handled Stannis' end, and rumors of it. Stannis needs a Stark, Brienne protects one, Stannis believes he has Jon, and together, they have a pair to rule the North.
"I can see it. You have more of the north in you than your brothers."
Lady Dyanna, it's opened ended enough to use him. I mean Jon came back why not Stannis? Granted they will probably just kill him again.
voice, the show has gotten so murder happy it is a clear flag when a character is killed off screen. Excellent points about Stannis's need for a Stark. Only time will tell. In the book there is clear subtext for Stannis faking his death as a ruse.
Darkstar will be the next Vulture King.

It was perfectly possible to him to impregnate someone (Ashara) then die before the child was born
Yup. So long as the kid is illegitimate, and born after Brandon's dead, in which case there's a 9 month window, then Brandon could have a son somewhere.
I touched on this earlier, but this bugged me to no end that Yara says that the Glovers took Deepwood Motte. How the shit did they do that?? The Ironborn conquered Deepwood Motte, and Deepwood Motte is the seat of the Glovers. AKA the Ironborn had already kicked the Glovers ass while they had a friggen castle to fight out of. So how'd they possibly lose when the tides got turned?? It doesn't make sense.
Your lordship lost a son at the Red Wedding. I lost four upon the Blackwater. And why? Because the Lannisters stole the throne. Go to King’s Landing and look on Tommen with your own eyes, if you doubt me. A blind man could see it. What does Stannis offer you? Vengeance. Vengeance for my sons and yours, for your husbands and your fathers and your brothers. Vengeance for your murdered lord, your murdered king, your butchered princes. Vengeance!
Wraith, voice, One other thing that bothers me is the scene where Brienne supposedly kills Stannis. It could just be that they weren't paying attention to it, because Stannis was off screen, but there is NO WAY that the angle at which Brienne swung her sword would have beheaded Stannis. Not only that, how do you effectively behead someone when they're sitting up resting against a tree? Seems awkward. Wouldn't she have either had him lay down to behead him or just stabbed him through the heart? Maybe I'm being too picky, it's not like the show always pays attention to such minute details, but it just seems odd.
Why must I always be the isle of crazy alone in an ocean of sensibility? The should to everybody else’s shouldn’t? The I-will to their better-nots?

Just to play devil's advocate, it could make sense if some of the Glover troops made it home from the war in the South now that Most Cailin is no longer in Ironborn hands. We have no idea who all was at the red wedding and which Northern troops might have eventually returned.

A quick Google search of Stannis in the show says no. How rude.
Must admit man, I've never been big on Stannis (kinslayer, sorcery, burnings). But fuck, shit like this is actually turning me around. No helmet and shitty armor, I can at least dismiss as lazy. But no fucking crown?!?

Yup. Angle is way wrong, and there's a tree for her to hit instead.

I told you, they always hated him. There's the little snubs like that, and then the big snubs like turning him into a villain in season 5 for Brienne The White Knight to valiantly slay. D&D never liked Stannis at all, and it's no wonder that Dilane says he doesn't give a shit about the character or feel anything at all for GOT.

The other actors who seem to be know to play characters don't list their game of thrones stuff at all: Robert Aramayo (Who I think looks more like the Ned from the trailer) www.imdb.com/name/nm7075019/
All art is at once surface and symbol. Those who go beneath the surface do so at their peril. Those who read the symbol do so at their peril. It is the spectator, and not life, that art really mirrors. Oscar Wilde.

Bran and Ravenman seem very unhappy about what they are seeing.
ETA: I just had a terrible thought: Bran's the one who introduces us to seeing Ned administer the King's Justice. In the show, too. If he then watches Ned kill . . . . someone significant based on a misunderstanding. . . that could be a really bad day for Bran.
Qyburn has the child spy network???
And Davos really is Peter. Visiting the soon to be empty tomb.

I'm assuming you are saying Robert Aramayo really, really looks like trailer boy.
Seeing as I googled Robert Aramayo and this is one of the pictures I got, all put together like this, I feel pretty confident in saying that Robert Aramayo IS trailer boy.
