"There must be one more"...Aegon.
I've seen mention that baby Aegon was dead when Jon was born, but if that's the case there would be no reason to annul the marriage between Rhaegar and Elia since Elia was killed at the same time as her kiddos?
Haha, there must always be an Aegon!!!
On a more serious note, I'm sure Rhaegar would have named a second daughter Visenya, and so recreating that famed trio. However, I don't really see any evidence that he thought he had to recreate them spesifically to fulfill his prophesy. Having three children, yes, but I'm not convinced he was sure he'd have another girl. Together with the names he chose for his first two children, and Jorah's suggestion to Dany, there really is no tie to the dragon's three heads consisting of two girls and one boy named Aegon, Visenya and Rhaenys. In fact, it might be they themselves thought they fulfilled the three-headed prophesy back in the day. So I see the possibility for Rhaegar having though of a boy's name, just in case.
To me it just seems very off to name a newborn son after the first son by the father's first wife and had just had his head smashed in... I have hears some say it was done in honor, but I really don't see the honor in that. And as said, I think a boy's name would have come up before Rhaegar left. It's just one of the many things with the show now, that really doesn't make any sense to me at all, and I've long since stopped trying to make sense of it.
As for the annulment; Elia died after Rhaegar, so for him and Lyanna to get married the first marriage had to be annulled. Unless Lyanna married an UnRhaegar, that is...
