I have always struggled with audio books, but I have considered these ones. But I would rather just read. Still, it might be a way to focus on different details.
I haven't listened to many audiobooks after growing up, but as a child I had many with fairytales and they were some of my favorites! I got one a couple of years ago on sale, but as I sat down to listen the story made no sense what so ever! It started out really weird and was all over the place, so after about 1/2 hour I was ready to give up (short chapters of about 10 min each) when I noticed that my player was set in random... I spent the next 10 minutes laughing my head off! Then I actually listened to the chapters in order, and the story started to make sense. It was awfull, but not all over the place.
In any case, these I'd like to listen to get a better grip on the story, and while I knit (I'm a knitaholic...) as I haven't figured out how to knit and read a paperback at the same time yet.
You should certainly touch on it again. You just barely touched on a possible interpreation of the word. You can still really tie it to why you like it as an explanation.
Haha, yeah I was kinda vague! I should look more into it and formulate my thoughts better, it got put on hold as the chapter was so far off at that stage.
Do you mean Lynesse, Jorah's wife? It's possible, although I see her as younger than Lemore is described. But Tyrion might be very wrong about her age. Tyrion thought Jon was 12 when he was 14, almost 15, so Tyrion might not be any better a judge of age than he is of eye color? So, she could be a possibility.
No, the daughter that is supposedly in the Hightower with the current Lord Hightower, I think she's considered kinda mad? She's the right age IIRC, and I'm not sure if she's been seen for some years. I haven't payed much attention to the Hightowers, just having them in the back of my mind as someone who probably works behind the scenes on something.
Tyrion could be off on the age estimation. It's been one of my peeves with it being Ashara, as Lemore would be too old for her. But Wraith wisely pointed out to me that Tyrion isn't the flawless fountain of truth it's easy to see him as. As for Lynette I think she has to be the second septa to instruct Young Griff to be an option, and that might very well be the case for all we know. But I really doubt it's her!
